Bethesda has entered into an agreement with Bonacio Construction Company to lease our lot adjacent to the church for 10 months with a possible extension for additional time.  The construction company reached out to the church since additional staging space is needed to complete construction of the condominiums across from the church.  The topsoil has been pushed back to the rear of the lot and crushed stone laid down.  A trailer serving as a project office will be located on the west side of the lot and the area will be fenced in with privacy screening.  Upon completion of the construction project, the gravel will be removed, and the topsoil restored and reseeded, leaving the lot in better condition.  We will still have access to the exterior of the church for remaining projects (clerestory windows, chiller replacement, etc.).
