Summer Music – Bob Moore on 7 July at 10am

The 1st installment of the Summer 2024 Music Series concludes on July 7 with the performance of saxophonist, Bob Moore. Please join us at the 10am service. The Summer Music Series resumes on July 28.

Bob Moore is a native of Westbury, Long Island. After graduating from the Crane School of Music, Bob performed in the UK with the Steve Kennel Orchestra, Mary Wilson of the Supremes and the Aldbrickham Band. Bob was the founder and director of the Vandyke Big Band in Bedfordshire, England.

Bob was a band director in Port Washington, NY, from 1985 until 2014. He has performed as a soloist with the Northwinds Symphonic Band and in pit orchestras for Plaza Theatrical Productions.

In addition to performing with the North Country Jazz Project, Bob currently plays saxophones and accordion with Fenimore Blues, a band based in Saratoga Springs.
