Legs Miserables: Hudson Crossing
The Bethesda hiking group (aka Legs Miserables) is open to anyone who enjoys exploring different state parks and trails around Saratoga Springs with parishioners, friends and family. It normally meets three weeks in the spring and then again in the autumn.
Today’s walk, which begins at 2pm, is at Hudson Crossing; walkers will meet in the parking lot. The walk will begin on the Eagle Trail (west of the parking lot), proceed along the canal side of the island to Eagle Point (where there is a view of the dam), then return to the parking lot via the Riverwalk Sensory Trail (on the other side of the island). The walk is about two miles in total. Trail maps (including the parking lot) can be found here. Please bring a water bottle and wear comfortable walking shoes or tennis shoes. If the weather is not suitable, the walk will be rescheduled if possible.
