We return to administrating Holy Communion in both kinds (bread and wine) at services beginning June 12, Trinity Sunday. This means that, if you wish, you may also receive from the chalice at the Eucharist. However, this is entirely optional, and you should feel comfortable receiving Holy Communion under the form of bread only. However, please be advised that intinction (or ‘dipping’ the bread into the chalice) is not permitted.
