The Special Monthly Envelope in October supports RISE Housing and Support Services, a local nonprofit serving Saratoga County and the surrounding area. RISE helps individuals and families facing homelessness, mental health and substance-use challenges, and other times of crisis. Through housing, outreach, recovery services, and practical assistance, it helps people in our community find greater stability and independence.
